Violence & Graphic Content

Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies harm to people or animals.

Hate Speech

Content that demeans, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.

Spam & Commercial Abuse

Unsolicited commercial messaging, bulk uploads designed to game rankings, or any automated abuse of platform features.

Impersonation

Pretending to be another person, brand, or entity in a way that deceives or misleads others.

Dangerous Misinformation

Content that spreads demonstrably false information that could cause real-world harm (e.g. fake emergency advisories, health misinformation).

CSAM — Zero Tolerance

Child Sexual Abuse Material of any kind. We report all CSAM to the NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement. Accounts are permanently banned and referred to authorities.

Private Information Exposure

Sharing another person's private or personally identifiable information without their consent (doxxing), including home addresses, financial details, or government IDs.

Illegal Surveillance

Using Gemapix to conduct illegal surveillance, stalking, or location tracking of individuals without consent.

Reverse Engineering

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Gemapix Narrative Engine or any proprietary technology.

Automated Scraping

Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract content from Gemapix without prior written permission.

Security Attacks

Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or circumventing any authentication or security controls.
